About The Finer Things in Life
The Finer Things in Life was created while Virgile was in his room in Geneva and back from London in Summer 2022, while working on the last songs of his debut album. The melody came up quite spontaneously. When Virgile and Alexandra met to work on the lyrics of another song, he took his guitar and played the song to her. Then, they discussed together the small pleasures of life as sometimes being able to be great luxuries in life. Alexandra wrote the lyrics following their discussion. Verse 3 is Virgile favorite verse.
